Distance Sales Agreement
This Distance Sales Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into electronically between the Seller, whose information is provided below, and the Buyer who purchases services via the website, in accordance with the provisions of the Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

2. Subject of the Agreement
The subject of this Agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and performance of the digital service / online reservation service ordered electronically by the Buyer through the Seller’s website, the details and sales price of which are specified below.
3. Service Information
The purchased service includes airport transfer, private transfer, and similar reservation-based services. The service is performed on the date, time, and location specified by the Buyer. No physical product delivery is involved.
4. Service Fee and Payment
The service fee is the amount stated on the website. Payment is made via credit card or debit card through the secure payment infrastructure of iyzico.
5. Delivery / Performance of the Service
The service is performed based on the information declared by the Buyer during the reservation process. The Seller shall not be held responsible if the service cannot be performed or is disrupted due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the Buyer.
6. Right of Withdrawal
Pursuant to Article 15 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts; there is no right of withdrawal for contracts related to services that must be performed on a specific date or within a specific period.
7. Refund and Cancellation Conditions
- No refunds are made for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start of the service.
- If the cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the start of the service, the service fee shall be refunded.
- No refunds are made after the service has been performed.
Refunds are processed using the same payment method and are completed within 3–10 business days, depending on the bank.
8. Protection of Personal Data
The personal data of the Buyer is processed and protected in accordance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698. For detailed information, please review the Privacy Policy.
9. Force Majeure
Events beyond the control of the parties that are unforeseeable and unavoidable (such as natural disasters, strikes, war, adverse weather conditions, etc.) shall be considered force majeure. In the event of force majeure, the parties shall not be held liable.
10. Authorized Court
In the event of disputes arising from this Agreement, Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts located at the Buyer’s place of residence shall have jurisdiction, in accordance with the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade.
11. Enforcement
By placing an order through the website, the Buyer declares that they have read, understood, and accepted all provisions of this Agreement. This Agreement enters into force on the date it is approved electronically.
