Delivery Terms
The services purchased through our website fall within the scope of digitally provided services and/or online reservation services. After the purchase is completed, information regarding the service is communicated to the customer via email, phone, or WhatsApp.
The performance of the service is carried out according to the date, time, and location specified by the customer during the reservation process. No physical product delivery is involved.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the information provided during the reservation is accurate and complete. Our company shall not be held liable for any issues arising from incorrect or incomplete information.
Refund Terms
Pursuant to the Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the relevant Distance Sales Agreement provisions;
- As the service is provided based on a reservation made for a specific date or period, no refunds are issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start of the service.
- If the cancellation request is made at least 24 hours before the start of the service, the payment amount will be refunded without any deductions.
- No refunds are issued after the service has been performed (e.g., completion of the transfer, use of the service, etc.).
Refunds are processed using the original payment method (credit card/debit card) and are reflected in the customer’s account within 3–10 business days, depending on the bank.
Right of Withdrawal
Pursuant to Article 15 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts; there is no right of withdrawal for contracts related to services that must be performed on a specific date or within a specific period.
